Best for plastic parts with complex geometry. Fast lead times (3–7 days), low cost for small quantities. Material options cover most mechanical and thermal requirements.
For metal parts requiring precise tolerances, high strength, or specific surface finish. Aluminum, steel, and stainless available. Lead time 5–10 business days.
Submit photos and let the AI decide. It evaluates geometry, material requirements, and cost to recommend the optimal process. You can override if you prefer a specific material.
Yes — one of the most common parts we manufacture. Upload photos of the broken knob with a reference object (coin or credit card for scale) and we'll model the diameter, shaft profile, and grip geometry. Most knobs print in ABS or PETG for heat and UV resistance. Quote in minutes, no CAD required.
Yes. Photograph the broken bracket from multiple angles with a reference object for scale. Our AI extracts the hole pattern, span, and wall thickness. For load-bearing applications we recommend CNC aluminum; for lightweight mounts FDM nylon or PETG works well and costs less.
Yes. HVAC plastic parts — register covers, duct flanges, damper arms — are well within scope. PETG is the standard material for HVAC parts due to its temperature range (up to ~80°C). Send photos of the broken part, or if it's missing entirely, photograph the opening it should cover.
Yes, for non-structural interior trim. Dash inserts, center console clips, door panel tabs, and similar pieces are good candidates. We use ABS — it matches OEM material behavior and accepts paint. We do not manufacture safety-critical structural automotive components (suspension, brakes, chassis).
Yes. Describe your PCB dimensions and port cutout locations in the submission notes. If you have an existing cracked housing, photograph it — we'll model from that. If you're designing new, provide dimensions and we'll build to spec. ABS or PETG standard.
Yes. CNC machining in aluminum (6061), steel (1018), and stainless (304) is available for parts requiring precise tolerances, high strength, or a metal surface. Typical CNC lead time is 5–10 business days. Upload photos and the AI will assess whether the part is CNC-appropriate before quoting.
We don't manufacture: safety-critical structural parts (brake components, load-bearing frames), parts requiring certified materials or third-party certification (aerospace-grade, Class II medical devices), complex internal channels that can't be verified from photos, or parts requiring tolerances tighter than ±0.1mm. Submit photos anyway — our AI will flag out-of-scope parts before you receive a quote.
